Kimberlyn Kay King-Hinds is an American attorney and politician serving as the delegate to the United States House of Representatives from the Northern Mariana Islands's at-large congressional district since 2025. A member of the Republican Party, she previously served as chair of the Commonwealth Ports Authority and as a member of the Commonwealth Public Utilities Commission. King-Hinds is one of two Chamorro members of Congress, alongside James Moylan.
